Privacy Policy

Traffic Window is run by Mezzoware Systems LLC ("we", "us"). What we collect, why, and the choices you have. We only read your Google Analytics figures, and we never sell anyone's information.

The short version

• We only collect what we need to run Traffic Window for you.
• We read your Google Analytics figures with read-only access. We never change them.
• We don't sell or rent anyone's information, and we don't show ads.
• Our site uses one cookie, to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it, at any time.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address, and your business name if you give one.
• Billing: handled by our payment company. We see the plan, payment dates and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
• Your site list and settings: the websites you connect, their Google Analytics property IDs, your alerts, report schedules and the email addresses you send reports to.
• White label settings: your domain, logo, colours and sender name.
• Figures from Google Analytics: visitor counts, pages, sources and similar totals for your sites. We keep a short daily record so the History view can show trends.
• Basic technical logs: such as the time of a request and any error, kept for a short time to fix problems and keep the service secure.

Your website's visitors

Traffic Window only sees the totals Google Analytics reports, such as "120 visitors from Chicago today". It does not receive names, email addresses or anything that identifies a particular visitor to your websites.

How we use it

To run Traffic Window: show your dashboard, send the alerts and reports you set up, bill you, answer your questions and tell you about important changes to the service. We don't use your data for anything else, and we don't train AI models on it.

Who else is involved

We use a few trusted companies to run the service. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts Traffic Window and stores its data.
• Google provides the Analytics figures, through the read-only access you give us.
• Our email provider delivers report and account emails.
• Our payment company takes payments.

We only share information with anyone else if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It isn't used for tracking or advertising. Our public pages set no cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete your account, settings and stored figures within 30 days, apart from billing records we must keep by law. Report recipients' addresses go when you remove them from a schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change most of your information in Settings. You can also ask us, at hello@trafficwindow.com, for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example in California or the EU), you may have further rights; we'll honour them.

Keeping it safe

All connections are encrypted. Our access to Google Analytics is read-only and you can remove it at any time from your Google Analytics admin. Access to stored data is limited to what is needed to run the service.

Children

Traffic Window is a business service and isn't meant for anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect, and the date at the top will change.
