The agreement for using Traffic Window, in plain words.

Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Mezzoware Systems LLC ("we", "us"), which runs Traffic Window. They cover the website trafficwindow.com, the app at app.trafficwindow.com, and the reports and emails it sends (together, the "service"). Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal information and is part of these terms. In these terms, "you" means the person or business using Traffic Window. By starting a trial or using the service you agree to them. If you use Traffic Window for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

What Traffic Window does

Traffic Window reads visitor numbers from your Google Analytics accounts, shows them on one screen, warns you about problems and makes reports you can download or have emailed. It only reads: it never changes anything in Google Analytics or on your websites.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Free trial, billing and cancelling

• Every plan starts with 14 days free. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
• After the trial, plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose, by the number of websites on the plan, at the prices on our Pricing page. Add-ons such as white label are billed the same way.
• You can change plan or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; the service keeps working until the end of the month or year already paid for. We don't refund part-months or part-years.
• If a payment fails we'll let you know. If it still isn't paid after 14 days, we may pause the account until it is.
• If we change our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

Using it fairly

You may only connect websites you own or have permission to report on. You agree not to:

• try to reach other customers' data, or get around sign-in or limits;
• overload, attack or copy the service, or resell it except through the white label add-on;
• use it for anything illegal.

Reports and emails you send

You choose who receives scheduled reports, and you confirm they are happy to get them (for example, they are your clients or colleagues). Don't use the report scheduler to send unwanted email.

White label

With the white label add-on, Traffic Window runs on a domain you own, under your name and logo. You are responsible for that domain, its DNS settings, the name and logo you upload (you must have the right to use them) and what you tell your own clients. Your arrangements with your clients, including what you charge them, are between you and them.

Google Analytics

Traffic Window depends on Google's Analytics services. Its figures are the figures Google gives us. We are not affiliated with Google, and we can't control when Google's services change, slow down or stop. Google Analytics is a trademark of Google LLC.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to run Traffic Window for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you close your account we delete it, as that policy explains.

Keeping it running

We work hard to keep Traffic Window available and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or that every figure will be exactly right. Sometimes we have to stop it for maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

Limits of our responsibility

Traffic Window is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll tell you why. If we ever stop offering Traffic Window, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund anything paid for time after it stops.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before. If you keep using Traffic Window after that, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in New York. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep any protections the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
