About billing
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes, but nothing is charged for 14 days. We'll email you before the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12, so two months are free. You're charged once a year, and we email you a week before each renewal. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the Billing page.
What if I add more sites later?
Move up a plan from the Billing page and you're only charged the difference for the rest of your month or year. Moving down works the same way.
How do I cancel?
Click Billing, then Cancel plan. Your dashboard keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for.
Is there a limit on reports?
No. Schedule as many as you like, for every site on your plan, each to up to six email addresses.
What does white label need from me?
A domain you own. You add one DNS record (we show you exactly which one), upload your logo and pick your colours. We take care of the security certificate. It's usually working within the hour.
Who handles the payments?
Stripe, the payment company used by millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by Traffic Window.
